The Grind is a 5,000sqft. faith-based fitness community dedicated to both physical and spiritual health. Our open-floor plan, coach-led workouts and group classes are tailored for every ability whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete.
More than a gym, The Grind is a ministry; we foster community, faith, and perseverance alongside strength and skill development. We offer lockers, showers and free parking to help make you feel right at home every visit.
